How long does the delivery take?
Your magnets are carefully produced within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location. We’ll send you a notification as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I return the products?
Because each of our products is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns for design errors or incorrect information provided by the customer. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
